Policies

Refund & Cancellation Policy

The following terms apply to all consulting service purchases:

  • Strategy Sessions cancelled at least 48 hours in advance receive a full refund
  • Strategy Sessions cancelled less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once
  • Monthly retainer subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • Fees paid for the current active billing period are non-refundable once the period has begun and sessions have been delivered
  • Unused sessions within a billing period do not carry over and are not refunded
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to billing@lucasinvestors.com within 7 days of the charge
  • Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method

Privacy Policy

Lucas Investors LLC collects only the information necessary to provide our services and communicate with clients:

  • We collect name, email, and phone number for communication and service delivery
  • We may collect information about your investment goals and financial situation as needed for advisory services
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes
  • We may share information with service providers (e.g., payment processors) solely to deliver our services
  • Data is stored securely and retained only as long as necessary for our business and legal obligations
  • You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time by contacting info@lucasinvestors.com

Terms of Service

  • All consulting services are delivered as advisory and educational guidance only — not as licensed real estate, legal, or financial advice
  • Clients must be 18 years of age or older to purchase services
  • Services are non-transferable and for the named client only
  • Lucas Investors LLC reserves the right to decline service to any prospective client
  • Results from consulting services are not guaranteed; outcomes depend on client decisions and market conditions
  • Disputes are subject to binding arbitration under the laws of the United States
  • These terms may be updated at any time; continued use of our services constitutes acceptance
